Welcome to the Soddy-Daisy Independence Celebration Vendor Information Hub! This page will be regularly updated with all the essential information you need for a successful experience as a vendor at our event. Please bookmark this page and check back frequently for updates.

Vendor Setup:

Address: 190 Depot St, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379

Please note: Vendors MUST enter at Durham Street for setup.

Vietnam Veterans of America Soddy-Daisy Chapter 942 will only provide the allocated space for your booth. Please note that canopies, tables, and chairs for your setup are NOT provided and must be arranged by the vendor.

Setup: A vendor map and space assignments will be provided upon arrival at the park. Please note that we will not send out your vendor space assignment prior to the event. Vendors can begin setting up on Friday, June 30th after 12 pm, and must complete setup by 8:30 am on Saturday, July 1st.

Takedown: Vendors must remain set up until after 6 pm on July 1st, with no exceptions. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and safe takedown process after the event.

Important Information:

  • Morning Dew: The grass may be wet on the morning of the event. Please wear appropriate footwear, such as rubber boots, and bring towels to protect your merchandise.
  • Weather: July in Tennessee can be incredibly hot and humid, and rain is possible. Be prepared for varying weather conditions, as the event will take place rain or shine.
  • Volunteer Support: Event volunteers will be on hand to assist you with finding your space and addressing any other concerns that may arise on the day of the event.
  • Hydration & Comfort: Make sure to bring fans, water, and other essentials to keep yourself comfortable and hydrated throughout the day.
